What is AHA?

Alpha Hydroxy Acids or AHA's are naturally found in fruits such as lemons oranges, strawberries, grapes, green apples, tomatoes, as well as sugar cane among others. These acids accelerate the skin's natural exfoliation process by weakening the bonds that hold dead skin cells together. GLYCOLIC ACID : Is derived from fruit and is the most famous alpha hydroxy acid.
