SHIPPING IN FRANCE AND E.U.

Delivery deadlines:
Products in stock are sent within 24 heures* (business days) after validation of the order and payment. Parcels sent by HILD Cosmetic are transported via the service Colissimo to the delivery address indicated on your order form.
* For Metropolitan France, the transport deadline is 48 hours. For other delivery areas, the deadline is 7 business days.

Tracking your order:
You can follow your order's transport by putting your colissimo number into the  COLIPOSTE site. You will receive an email from the postal coverage of your parcel containing a tracking number. This number will then allow to track the arrival of your parcel.

In case of absence:
In case of absence, your parcel will be available for 15 days at your local post office.
